Job openings for health and sanitation professionals in the DSEI Kaiapó-PA, PE and Leste de Roraima
The Special Secretariat of Indigenous Health (SESAI), through its partner companies Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (SPDM), Instituto de Medicina Integral Professor Fernando Figueira (IMIP) and Fundação São Vicente de Paulo de Paraopeba (FSVP), has open positions for hiring indigenous health professionals.
They will provide health and basic sanitation services in the Special Indigenous Sanitary Districts (DSEI) Kaiapó of Pará, Pernambuco and Leste de Roraima. The vacancies are for oral health assistants, chemists, doctors, nursing technicians, and nurses. Registration must be made on the site of the partner institutions responsible for the selection processes and salaries vary between R$ 1,676.48 and R$ 16,543.78.
In the DSEI Leste de Roraima, the vacancies are part of the Simplified Selective Process for the project Indigenous Youth: My First Job. Candidates who are interested must also send, at the time of registration, a declaration proving their ethnicity, and this document must be signed by the cacique of the people to which they belong, by the local leadership of the candidate´s village of origin, and by the president of the local Indigenous Health Council.
For the vacancies in the other DSEI, it is necessary to have at least a complete high school or technical education, and the candidates will go through three stages: application, curricular and title evaluation, and interview. Indigenous candidates receive a higher score if they live in villages as well.
This is not a public contest, but hiring is under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) regime. The vacancies are for immediate start and reserve register formation.
