Since 2020, SESAI has changed its criteria for contracted companies to carry out their selection processes. In addition to more transparency, there is exclusive scoring for indigenous people. They receive a higher score during the curricular and title evaluation, and are given priority in case of a tie-breaker. "If the person is indigenous, he already receives 6 points; if he lives in the village, 4 more points. The objective is to value and give more opportunities to indigenous people", explained the Special Secretary of Indigenous Health, Robson Santos da Silva.
It is not a public contest, the hiring is under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) regime, and the candidates need to go through three stages: registration, curricular and title evaluation, and an interview. Salaries vary between R$1,588.20 and 16,543.78. The vacancies are for immediate start and reserve register formation.
